Jordan is the Co-Founder and CEO of The Critical Mass, a global security consulting business and woman-owned small business based at ALX Community. With her team, she has grown TCM into a profitable business, employing several residents and supporting U.S. and other government programs globally. Jordan moved to the area in 2016 after ten years in the Army and a career as an Army Explosive Ordnance Disposal Officer with multiple deployments overseas. She serves on the Alexandria-based MOAA and is a proud member of the ACT for Alexandria Community Foundation.
